Due to the RBA outage on Friday 14 October, some account loading may be delayed.  This issue has also impacted some of our operations which means some remittance transactions are also delayed. Service Interruption – Globe GCash Philippines

Due to ongoing maintenance and upgrades with the Globe GCash Philippines mobile money service, service to Globe GCash will be disrupted during October 2022.  We have been advised that service may be impacted on the following dates: 4 October, 6 October, 11 October, 13 October, 18 October, 20 October and 27 October.  During this time, transactions may be delayed.  If you can, to minimise inconvenience, please try and avoid sending on these days.  For urgent assistance please use our online chat below or email hello@rocketremit.com.

Change to Bank Account Details

We’ve changed our bank details.  Please log in to your Rocket Remit account and under the Load option select Bank Transfer.  Our new bank details will be displayed.  Please do not use any previous bank details as these accounts are no longer active and funds sent to these accounts may not be recoverable.

Changes to POLi payments by some banks

We want to let you know about a change to POLi payments.  Some banks no longer allow their customers to use POLi to load their Rocket Remit account.  This includes the following banks:

Westpac

BankSA

Bank of Melbourne

St. George Bank

Customers should use an alternative banking institution if they wish to load their Rocket Remit account via POLi.
