Where can my beneficiary collect the fund in Nigeria
To collect the USD, your beneficiary in Nigeria must present this cash pickup code and valid photo ID at either Fidelity or GT Bank branches across Nigeria.
Does the beneficiary need to fill out a form?
Yes just the first time the beneficiary will be asked to fill out a form at the pickup location, with some basic details like:
– Recipient’s name
– Recipient’s address
– Sender’s name
– Send Country
What is the Reference Number?
Absolutely, so long as you have the correct ID and a compatible mobile phone and it can send and receive SMS messages.

What are the send and receive limits?
There are different limits on how much money you can send to recipients overseas. There is a maximum daily transaction limit of $1000. This is a cumulative daily total and re-sets at midnight AEST and the minimum send amount is $25.

No, at the moment, you can transfer Australian dollars and the recipient will get US dollars. You can transfer US dollars only in multiples of ten example: USD 30, USD 40, USD 50 etc…

The Central Bank of Nigeria [CBN] has launched an initiative to provide extra cash. If you are sending money to Nigeria, [CBN] will add 5 Nairas for each 1 USD remitted.
